What We Do
Pinnacle Community Services is a private, non-profit, trauma informed family service agency that has been at work in the Niagara community since 1895. The strength of Pinnacle Community Services is the network of interrelated and complementary services, reaching people at every age and every stage of life.
With offices in Niagara Falls and Lockport, we impact the lives of children, adults, and families in communities all across Niagara County on a daily basis. We can help you and your family find the services you need.
Care Coordination
We connect individuals and families struggling with mental health and other chronic illnesses to the services they need to reach their goals.
Domestic Violence
We educate and empower survivors of domestic violence and their children to increase their safety, and social and emotional well-being.
Parenting
Our programs offer a wide range of services to provide parents with the support they need to successfully raise their children.
Youth Services
Our programs and services help homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth develop the necessary life skills to become confident, determined, and capable individuals.

Strengthening the Niagara region, one family at a time
Pinnacle Community Services provides a wide range of inter-related services to the residents of the Niagara region. Our services assist people at every stage of the life cycle: expectant parents to parenting the young child; family help during the teen years; and help for youth and adults dealing with mental health or other chronic illness, domestic violence, or the everyday stress of life.
